Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will focus on talent acquisition and HR management within the wealth management, private equity, and real estate sectors, ensuring effective HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies; manage the full hiring lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

  • Foster positive employee relations, manage conflict, and ensure clear communication across departments.

  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and support employee growth.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.

  • Manage office administration including facilities, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

  • 3 to 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in financial services and within the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Experience recruiting for wealth management, investment, and real estate sectors is a plus.
