Position Title: HR and Administration Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies in line with overall business goals.

Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.

Ensure company policies are compliant with current UAE labor laws and employment regulations.

Manage administrative functions such as office facilities, vendor relations, and government coordination.

Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.

Maintain secure and accurate employee records and documentation.

Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary procedures.

Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, labor permits, and immigration requirements.

Support management in shaping organizational culture and internal communication.
Requirements:
-
At least 5 years of UAE-based experience in HR and administration.

Thorough knowledge of UAE labor law and local HR standards.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

Experience in real estate or a service-oriented business is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
