Job Purpose
The HR Analyst – Talent Management & Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s talent strategy. This position focuses on performance appraisal, skills matrix development, and recruitment, ensuring fair, structured, and data-driven HR processes that align with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Performance Appraisal & KPI Management

Maintain and update Job Profiles in DOTS, ensuring employee endorsement.

Administer performance appraisal systems to ensure fair & transparent evaluations.

Develop and track measurable KPIs for employees aligned with business goals.

Analyze performance data, generate insightful reports, and suggest improvements.

Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees needing guidance.

Assist in succession planning, tracking critical roles & internal talent pipelines.
📌 Skills Matrix Development & Management

Develop and maintain a Skills Matrix to assess employee competencies.

Work with managers to ensure regular skill assessments aligned with business needs.

Use skill gap analysis to provide insights for training & career progression.
🔍 Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, campus recruitment & networking.

Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.

Oversee and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning & business objectives.
Candidate Profile
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management & Talent Acquisition
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with HR data interpretation expertise
✅ Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✅ Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workforce analytics
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize work & meet tight schedules
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus
✅ Fluency in English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus
✅ Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with strong ethical behavior
