Job Title: HR Analyst 

Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Analyst to support the implementation of training, development, recruitment, and other HR initiatives. The role involves analyzing HR metrics to improve organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will be responsible for recommending strategies to attract top talent, improve retention, and address staffing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of training, development, and recruiting initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.

• Evaluate HR data to provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational culture.

• Recommend policies and activities that enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation.

• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and assist with talent acquisition strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with HR software and experience using Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Candidate:

• 0-1 year of relevant HR experience.
