Job Summary:
We are currently hiring an HR Administrator (Payroll & Keka Experience) to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll management using Keka HRMS. The selected individual will be instrumental in ensuring accurate salary disbursement and efficient coordination between HR and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll operations using Keka HRMS.

  • Process inputs including employee attendance, leave records, bonuses, and reimbursements.

  • Verify and ensure accuracy of payroll data and timely disbursement of salaries.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports for internal and audit use.

  • Liaise with internal departments and Keka support for issue resolution and system updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital HR documentation tools.
