Job Title: HR & Administrative Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support daily human resource functions and facilitate cross-cultural communication within our team. The ideal candidate will assist in employee management, recruitment, training coordination, and serve as a key liaison between Chinese and Albanian staff. If you’re organized, culturally aware, and fluent in both English and Chinese, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations, including staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and document management

Assist with recruitment, interviews, and training coordination for new hires

Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese and Albanian employees, promoting a positive work culture

Coordinate with headquarters or China-based teams for HR alignment and staffing support
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

Understanding of Middle Eastern culture is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail
