Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable HR & Admin Officer to oversee the daily HR and administrative functions across our growing business segments in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining legal compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Functional Competencies:

Strong knowledge and application of UAE Labor Law and related government regulations (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).

Familiarity with HR policies, employment contracts, leave and attendance management, and end-of-service calculations.

Proficient in HR software and document management systems.

Coordinate PRO activities, including visa renewals, Emirates ID processing, and other documentation needs.

Manage administrative functions such as office supplies, asset tracking, and general coordination tasks.

Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage records and meet deadlines.
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in HR practices.

Track record of ensuring full legal compliance and audit readiness for employee-related documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Capable of managing employee queries and grievances professionally.

Skilled in drafting official letters, memos, and internal HR communications.

Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
-
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM-CP) is an added advantage.

5–7 years of progressive HR and administrative experience in the UAE.
-
Hands-on experience in handling visa processing, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation.
-
Previous experience in F&B, retail, or service-driven environments is preferred.
