Sanvi Engineering and Business Consulting Solutions is hiring an HR Admin Executive for a leading Accounts and Audit Firm in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–1 years of HR administrative experience. The position involves supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws. Candidates on dependent visas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and HR support to the Dubai office.

• Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and records accurately.

• Assist with visa and compliance processes (priority for dependent visa holders).

• Coordinate HR-related matters across departments.

• Handle internal and external HR communication professionally.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and HR regulations.

• Support corporate service functions aligned with the firm’s business consulting operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 0–1 years in HR Administration or related field.

• Visa: Preferably holding a Dependent Visa.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English; Arabic is a plus).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
