HR & Admin Assistant

GMS Leadership is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to support the HR Officer in managing personnel records, payroll processing, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases, reports, and track new hires, terminations, and employee leaves.

  • Assist in payroll processing, including tracking attendance, leave records, salary deductions, and wire transfers.

  • Post job advertisements, process resumes, schedule interviews, and correspond with candidates.

  • Generate offer letters, NDA agreements, and appointment letters for selected candidates.

  • Collect employee documents for visa processing and ensure timely contract renewals.

  • Organize employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and track performance reviews.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.

Job Requirements:

📌 Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or administration roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and employee documentation.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

📌 Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in visa processing and employee contracts.

  • Background in handling employee engagement activities.

Employment Details:

📍 Work Mode: On-site, Full-time
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📍 Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month
