GMS Leadership is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to support the HR Officer in managing personnel records, payroll processing, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases, reports, and track new hires, terminations, and employee leaves.

Assist in payroll processing, including tracking attendance, leave records, salary deductions, and wire transfers.

Post job advertisements, process resumes, schedule interviews, and correspond with candidates.

Generate offer letters, NDA agreements, and appointment letters for selected candidates.

Collect employee documents for visa processing and ensure timely contract renewals.

Organize employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and track performance reviews.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience in HR or administration roles.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and employee documentation.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
