Nord Anglia Education is hiring a Housing Officer for their flagship school in Dubai, the Nord Anglia International School Dubai. The role is a full-time position, responsible for ensuring that the housing experience for staff is safe, comfortable, and conducive to personal and academic success. The officer will foster a sense of community and wellbeing among the occupants.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure staff have a safe and comfortable living environment

Foster a strong sense of community and wellbeing among the staff residents

Promote a living experience conducive to both academic success and personal development

Support and manage the housing facilities and ensure adherence to safety standards

Serve as the point of contact for housing-related concerns and issues
-
Encourage a positive and collaborative atmosphere among staff living in school-provided housing
Requirements:

Experience in managing staff housing or similar roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to foster a sense of community among diverse groups

Understanding of housing policies, safety regulations, and relevant practices

Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism

Flexible to adjust work hours or responsibilities as necessary
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable individual who can support staff in their living arrangements, ensure smooth operations, and contribute positively to the overall environment. Strong communication skills and an understanding of the needs of staff living in a shared environment are essential.
