Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Houseman to join its prestigious property in Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. As part of the Housekeeping Department, the Houseman plays a vital role in ensuring cleanliness, attention to detail, and maintaining the luxury environment that defines the Four Seasons guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support Room Attendants by restocking guest room supplies and removing trash/debris.

• Maintain general cleanliness of guest rooms and floors.

• Assist Public Area Attendants and Room Attendants during peak times or absences.

• Deliver guest request items promptly and courteously.

• Personalize the service experience for guests wherever possible.

• Carry out additional housekeeping tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a luxury brand.

• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused approach.

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
