Join Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights as a Housekeeping Team Leader and play a key role in maintaining brand excellence across our guest rooms and facilities. This on-site role is ideal for someone with solid housekeeping experience, team management skills, and a passion for delivering high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Housekeeping Manager in team building and effective team management.

Develop and empower team members through ongoing training and mentorship.

Use guest feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions.

Ensure department standards and processes are upheld and regularly inspected.

Handle guest escalations and ensure day-to-day satisfaction.

Monitor inventory control and analyze damage/loss reports.
-
Coordinate maintenance and ensure clear team communication.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in a housekeeping leadership role in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of room cleaning standards and inventory systems.
-
Effective team engagement and leadership capabilities.

Skilled in handling guest feedback and managing conflict.
-
Proficiency in English; good time management and adaptability.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or a senior housekeeping role preparing for team leadership.
