Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at La Suite Dubai. You will support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and enhancing the guest experience through high-quality service and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily housekeeping tasks and responsibilities to the team

• Supervise and inspect cleaning assignments to ensure standards are met

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed

• Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure quality and consistency

• Report maintenance issues and follow up with the relevant departments

• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team attendance

• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations

• Proven supervisory and team management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Strong communication skills, proficient in English

• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse housekeeping team

• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
