Grand Continental Hotel is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee the housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. The role involves managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness.
✅ Ensure high hygiene and sanitation standards across guest rooms and public areas.
✅ Oversee laundry operations and ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
✅ Conduct room inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness.
✅ Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow.
✅ Address guest requests and ensure excellent customer service.
✅ Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry operations preferred.
🔹 Skills & Qualities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
