Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, part of Hilton’s luxury portfolio, is seeking a Housekeeping Order Taker to coordinate departmental operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, administration, or housekeeping, especially within the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer housekeeping-related calls and dispatch requests via the 2-way communication system.

Maintain and update the computerized Work Order System, ensuring prompt logging, implementation, and closure of service requests.

Coordinate with floor supervisors to ensure vacant and ready rooms are made available to the front office.

Handle emergency calls, monitor alarm systems, and initiate necessary responses and notifications.

Organize and direct office traffic and interdepartmental communication efficiently.

Prepare requisitions and maintain inventory of guest supplies; manage lost and found items.

Ensure consistent, professional, and courteous guest service in line with brand standards.

Remain composed and responsive during emergency situations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or housekeeping required.

Previous luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to use computer systems and communication devices effectively.

Professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
