Ennismore is launching a new all-inclusive luxury lifestyle destination in Ras Al Khaimah and is seeking a Housekeeping Order Taker to join the founding team. This role ensures seamless guest experiences by managing housekeeping requests efficiently, coordinating with the housekeeping team, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, record, and track housekeeping requests from guests, such as linens, towels, toiletries, and other services.

Relay guest requests to housekeeping staff and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.

Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to coordinate services.

Monitor and update inventory levels of housekeeping supplies to ensure availability.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Document guest requests accurately and maintain proper records for reference.

Address and escalate guest complaints regarding housekeeping services as needed.

Provide daily reports on housekeeping orders, issues, and service updates.

Support eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in customer service or housekeeping-related roles is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently and prioritize tasks.
