Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is hiring a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, comfort, and a welcoming environment for guests while working with strong attention to detail and in line with the hotel’s brand standards. This role requires teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality service.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas, or laundry areas as assigned according to hotel standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.

• Understand and use cleaning products and tools safely and efficiently.

• Carry out special cleaning tasks or assigned projects as required.

• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to supervisors.

• Handle lost and found items responsibly by delivering them to the supervisor.

• Assist with high-level cleaning in both rooms and public spaces.

• Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.

• Provide personalized guest experiences to enhance satisfaction.

• Attend daily briefings and actively participate in team discussions.

Skills & Requirements
