Hilton, one of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, is hiring a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant for its Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah location. The role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards, supporting the housekeeping and laundry teams, and ensuring guests experience comfort and excellence during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent housekeeping and laundry standards in line with Hilton brand guidelines.

Monitor performance and presentation of housekeeping and laundry team members, promoting teamwork and training.

Provide timely and efficient guest service by managing daily cleaning schedules and room availability.

Handle the control systems of the housekeeping department, including uniform and linen management, inventory checks, and master key control.

Manage lost and found items and coordinate monthly reports and donations.

Ensure guest preferences are fulfilled, including special linen arrangements or floral requests for special occasions.

Supervise the daily release of laundry items for guests and oversee laundry expense tracking.

Step in as a Laundry Attendant when needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry operations preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

Team-oriented attitude with positive energy and a strong sense of service.
