Position Summary:
Pullman Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including floors, walls, furniture, cupboards, patios, and bathrooms.

• Restock linens, amenities, and hotel collateral as needed.

• Collect and properly dispose of garbage from guest rooms.

• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standards.

• Clean and check lamps, light fixtures, and fill ice buckets.

• Attend to guests’ special requests promptly and professionally.

• Report any maintenance issues or guest feedback to the Supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys and supply areas at all times.

• Ensure all corridor linen caddies and trolleys are tidied and correctly positioned before end of shift.

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests and staff.

• Remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant preferred.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Well-groomed and professionally presented at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive team player attitude.
