Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join their team. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive daily assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and maintain accurate records in the key logbook.

Clean guest rooms and bathrooms as per hotel standards.
-
Ensure fire exits and stairways are unobstructed.
-
Report any maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
-
Remove litter from corridors and pathways.
-
Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and polish furniture.
-
Clean bathrooms including sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.
-
Replenish bathroom and room amenities.
-
Arrange guest toiletries neatly on vanity tops.
-
Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.

Remove Room Service trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors.
-
Coordinate with valet service for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing of guest clothing.
Requirements:
-
Vocational training in Housekeeping or prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

Basic communication skills in English are advantageous.
-
Friendly, caring, and dedicated personality with a willingness to go the extra mile.
