Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for its Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and team coordination. The successful candidate will help maintain a positive guest experience and uphold Hilton’s global hospitality reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations.

• Maintain high standards in cleanliness and guest service.

• Monitor team performance, appearance, and training.

• Coordinate guest room readiness and special requests.

• Manage department controls: uniforms, linens, master keys, logs, etc.

• Handle guest laundry services and daily documentation.

• Ensure guest preferences and CRM records are updated and fulfilled.

• Assist with monthly reports, lost & found records, and linen inventory.

• Replace laundry staff during absences or holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency desirable).

• Committed to high customer service and cleanliness standards.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and multitask efficiently.
