Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for its Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and team coordination. The successful candidate will help maintain a positive guest experience and uphold Hilton’s global hospitality reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations.

Maintain high standards in cleanliness and guest service.
-
Monitor team performance, appearance, and training.
-
Coordinate guest room readiness and special requests.
-
Manage department controls: uniforms, linens, master keys, logs, etc.

Handle guest laundry services and daily documentation.
-
Ensure guest preferences and CRM records are updated and fulfilled.

Assist with monthly reports, lost & found records, and linen inventory.

Replace laundry staff during absences or holidays as needed.
Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency desirable).

Committed to high customer service and cleanliness standards.

Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

Ability to work flexible shifts and multitask efficiently.
