This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and assigned spaces
• Restock room supplies including linens, toiletries, and amenities
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Handle and store cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain guest privacy and security
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Participate in training sessions and assist with deep cleaning projects

Qualifications:

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for guest service
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety
• Familiarity with Dubai’s cultural norms (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
