Edge by Rotana is seeking passionate and guest-focused Housekeeping Attendants dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards. You will perform daily cleaning duties while adhering to hotel policies and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and maintain accurate key logs.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly, including making beds and replenishing supplies.

• Ensure fire exits and stairways remain unobstructed.

• Report maintenance issues immediately.

• Keep corridors, pathways, and service areas clean and tidy.

• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and polish metal fittings.

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.

• Coordinate with valet services for guest laundry and pressing needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Vocational training or experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong adaptability and customer focus.
