Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining rooms and public areas to the highest standards.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment, evaluating room cleanliness, and reporting any discrepancies or maintenance issues to your supervisor. Your goal will be to create a welcoming and hygienic environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper handling, usage, and upkeep of cleaning tools and machinery.

• Monitor guest comfort levels and promptly report room issues to the senior housekeeping team.

• Conduct thorough cleaning and restocking of guest rooms according to the company’s standards.

• Evaluate and maintain cleaning supplies inventory; notify supervisors of any deficiencies or concerns.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests’ satisfaction and comfort.

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols while performing daily housekeeping tasks.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Good coordination and time management abilities.

• Calm under pressure with the ability to make prompt decisions when necessary.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel maintenance is a plus.

• Knowledge of cleaning products and health & safety standards.
