Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning activities in guest rooms are carried out as per the schedule and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining and using cleaning materials properly and assisting guests to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning activities in guest rooms as per the request of the guests and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

• Material Management: Store and use cleaning materials according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and ensure they are available when needed.

• Guest Room Standards: Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and sanitized to meet cleanliness standards and customer expectations, providing a pleasant and comfortable stay.

• Customer Satisfaction: Cater to customer requests efficiently, responding to guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure timely and quality service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Teamwork & Communication: Strong ability to work effectively with a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.

• Multi-Tasking: Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including room cleaning, customer service, and meeting various guest needs.

• Experience in Housekeeping: Previous experience in housekeeping duties, ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

• Efficiency: Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and follow supervisor instructions to meet the required standards of service.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
