Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Receive work assignment, keys, and supplies from the supervisor; sign the key log book.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly as per hotel standards.

• Keep fire exits and stairways free of obstruction at all times.

• Report maintenance issues promptly.

• Remove litter from corridors and maintain cleanliness of public areas.

• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, empty wastebaskets, and polish fixtures.

• Make beds and clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, and floors.

• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies neatly and accurately.

• Arrange guest toiletries and clean vanity tops.

• Maintain service pantries and guest corridors in neat condition.

• Remove trays and trolleys from guest areas promptly.

• Coordinate laundry and valet services as requested by guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Vocational training in Housekeeping or related field is preferred.

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is advantageous.

• Language: Basic command of English is beneficial.
