Towers Rotana, a renowned luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai, is currently looking for passionate and guest-focused Housekeeping Attendants to join their dynamic hospitality team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and up to the hotel’s quality standards. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and be responsible for daily room cleaning and maintenance tasks as per hotel policies.

Responsibilities:

• Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest corridors, service pantries, and stairways

• Report any maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor

• Pick up litter from hallways and maintain a neat environment

• Clean furniture, upholstered surfaces, tiles, mirrors, metal fixtures, and carpets

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest areas

• Assist with laundry collection and inform valet services when required

• Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Vocational training or previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department preferred

• Basic command of English is an advantage

• Physically fit, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Friendly, courteous, and able to work effectively with a multicultural team

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
