Job Overview

We are looking for passionate, guest-focused Housekeeping professionals to join our team. The Housekeeping Attendant plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort for guests, delivering exceptional service in line with Rotana’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly and efficiently

• Vacuum, dust, wipe furniture, and remove litter from corridors

• Make beds, clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, polish metal and brass

• Replenish room and bathroom supplies neatly and adequately

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas

• Remove Room Service trays and notify valet services as needed

• Report any maintenance issues promptly

• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and hotel policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Vocational training in Housekeeping or previous hotel experience preferred

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Friendly and caring attitude

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multicultural team

• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed
