Emaar is seeking a Housekeeping Ambassador to join their team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across rooms and public areas. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and high service standards in a 5-star hospitality environment. The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, attention to detail, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, corridors, lift landings, pantries, and public areas.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences from welcome to farewell.

Adhere to established housekeeping standards and procedures.
-
Communicate proactively with team members to ensure seamless service.

Prevent complaints and ensure service recovery where needed.

Perform all operational tasks while upholding Emaar’s service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or related roles in a 5-star hotel.

Minimum 1-year experience at a similar level.

Proficient in English.

High School Diploma / Higher Secondary minimum qualification.
