Resume.ae, in partnership with Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital, is hiring a seasoned House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced clinical leaders who are passionate about pediatric care, operational excellence, and staff mentorship. The House Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between nursing units and hospital administration, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical and management resource for nursing staff
- Oversee staffing adjustments, approve overtime, and manage resource utilization
- Respond to emergency codes, fire drills, and disaster scenarios
- Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and escalate issues as needed
- Support staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Promote effective communication, teamwork, and staff retention
- Participate in hospital-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives
- Advocate for patients and families, ensuring evidence-based care delivery
- Maintain professional development and contribute to strategic nursing projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of clinical and management experience, with at least 5 years in pediatric hospital leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex hospital operations
