This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced clinical leaders who are passionate about pediatric care, operational excellence, and staff mentorship. The House Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between nursing units and hospital administration, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a clinical and management resource for nursing staff
• Oversee staffing adjustments, approve overtime, and manage resource utilization
• Respond to emergency codes, fire drills, and disaster scenarios
• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and escalate issues as needed
• Support staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and staff retention
• Participate in hospital-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring evidence-based care delivery

Qualifications:
