We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private residence in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hotel management and apply those high standards to household service, staff coordination, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage household staff including maids, chefs, drivers, nannies, and gardeners — scheduling, training, and supervising their performance.

Maintain impeccable 5-star hospitality standards within the residence.

Oversee household budgets, petty cash, and expense reporting.

Ensure smooth running of all household functions with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in hotel management or luxury hospitality roles.

Private household or estate management experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
