Marriott International is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms and public areas. You’ll support daily housekeeping operations, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams, and ensure guest satisfaction through inspection, supervision, and staff coaching.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities post-cleaning

• Coordinate and communicate room status and discrepancies with Front Desk

• Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating housekeeping staff

• Support in performance evaluations, shift briefings, and task assignments

• Report maintenance issues and uphold safety/security policies

• Uphold guest service standards, professionalism, and hygiene compliance

✅ Requirements:

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED

• 📅 Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience

• 👥 At least 1 year in a supervisory role

• 💬 Clear, professional communication and guest service orientation

• 💪 Physically able to lift/carry items up to 55 lbs and handle housekeeping equipment

• 🛏️ Familiarity with hospitality housekeeping systems and procedures
