Marriott International is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Female) to join their team at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating a memorable guest experience across the hotel’s rooms, public areas, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.

• Deliver guest requests promptly, including stocking housekeeping carts and fulfilling special requirements.

• Perform housekeeping tasks safely and efficiently, including lifting, moving, and handling objects up to 50 pounds.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Present a professional image in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

• Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment for all associates.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleanliness preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
