Job Overview

Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel Dubai is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to maintain high standards of hygiene, comfort, and cleanliness throughout guest rooms and hotel areas. This is a full-time, on-site, non-management position ideal for candidates passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and assigned hotel areas.

• Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards, including linens, amenities, and overall presentation.

• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or missing items to the supervisor.

• Follow housekeeping and laundry procedures as per Marriott brand standards.

• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols at all times.

• Assist with laundry operations when required.

• Support special cleaning tasks and deep-cleaning procedures as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit to handle standing, bending, and lifting tasks

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
