Job Summary:

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel. This non-management role ensures guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Marriott’s quality standards, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and Marriott standards consistently

• Report maintenance issues or repair needs promptly

• Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations

• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards

• Support a positive guest experience by responding to cleanliness-related requests

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel cleanliness is preferred

• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina for long hours and manual tasks

• Commitment to providing excellent guest service

• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
