Role Overview:

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order in guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that Marriott’s brand promise of exceptional hospitality is delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and linen management.

• Ensure adherence to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in hotels.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.

• Good communication skills.

• Physical fitness to handle cleaning tasks and extended periods of standing.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
