The hotel’s Noor Lounge provides a sophisticated dining and social experience, and we’re now hiring a Russian-speaking Hostess to elevate the guest journey even further.

Job Overview:

As a Hostess at Noor Lounge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and managing reservations and guest preferences with professionalism. Fluency in Russian and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests with professionalism and warmth

• Take and manage reservations via phone, email, and booking systems

• Maintain an updated guest preference database and floor plans

• Ensure menus are presentable and up-to-date

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively

• Recommend initial beverage offerings and assist service staff as needed

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and restrooms during service

• Maintain a polished personal appearance and a positive attitude

• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to team members

• Perform hostess duties for other outlets when required

• Ensure customer satisfaction following Mandarin Oriental’s service standards (MOQA & LQEs)

• Create surprise-and-delight “WOW” moments to enhance guest experience

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; degree in Hospitality preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment

• Fluent in Russian and English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus

• Experience with reservation and table management systems preferred

• Polished appearance and grooming in line with luxury brand standards

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-volume environments

• Basic computer skills including MS Office

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

• Team-player mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
