Capital Motion UAE is seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join its restaurant team in Abu Dhabi. This front-of-house role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests. The hostess will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant.

• Provide accurate wait times and manage the waiting list.

• Escort guests to their assigned dining or bar areas.

• Announce the assigned waiter/waitress to the customer.

• Manage reservations efficiently and professionally.

• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

• Coordinate with waitstaff to optimize seating arrangements.

• Attend to guests requiring special attention (e.g., children, elderly).

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Assist waitstaff when needed during busy hours.
