As the Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and seamless service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, creating a positive first impression.

• Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu or concept details.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

• Coordinate with the restaurant management and service team for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the entrance and dining area.

• Assist with special requests and ensure excellent customer service.

• Support team collaboration, especially during peak service hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer-facing hospitality roles preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for guest service.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and during busy hours.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
