Salary: Up to AED 7,800 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) plus service charge, tips, and upselling incentives.

About the Client:

Join a newly opened Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, known for exceptional service and an elegant dining atmosphere.

Role Overview:

We are looking for five professional and personable Hostesses to create memorable first impressions, manage guest reservations, and support seamless restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, ensure they feel valued, and manage seating to provide an exceptional dining experience.

• Handle reservation calls, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate reservation logs.

• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams to manage guest flow and ensure timely service.

• Support additional front-of-house tasks, including answering phones, taking orders, and handling payments when required.

• Apply upselling techniques to promote special menu items and enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates aged 35 years or below.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Strong, clear English communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hostess in a high-end or luxury restaurant; experience in an Italian dining concept is a plus.

• Experience in restaurant pre-opening operations will be an added advantage.
