Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.

• Manage guest flow, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between guests and the service team.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area reflecting Kitopi’s high standards.

• Assist with special events, private functions, and VIP guest experiences.

• Support smooth operations during peak hours and high-volume periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in Dubai (restaurants, lounges, or hotels).

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese are highly preferred.

• Presentable, confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
