Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen operator in the UAE and MENA region, is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating arrangements, and a memorable dining experience. The role requires excellent communication, hospitality skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile and provide exceptional hospitality.

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.

• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and accommodate special requests.

• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.

• Handle phone calls and guest inquiries professionally.

• Keep front-of-house areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Resolve guest concerns empathetically and escalate when necessary.

• Assist with light administrative tasks and daily operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Polished appearance, professional demeanor, and warm personality.

• Ability to stay calm, multitask, and maintain energy during busy periods.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
