Role Overview:

We are looking for a personable and organized Hostess to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests are greeted warmly, seated promptly, and experience exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

• Manage reservations and table assignments efficiently

• Answer phone inquiries with professional etiquette

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow

• Handle guest complaints and feedback graciously

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in reservations and customer service

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior hostess or customer-facing experience is preferred

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
