Job Description:

We are hiring a warm, well-presented, and customer-oriented Hostess to join the front-of-house team at a well-known Arabic restaurant and café located in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 4,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently using a reservation system

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus

• Coordinate closely with wait staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Moroccan and Filipino female candidates

• Age: 35 years old and below

• Prior experience in a hostess or guest service role is preferred

• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed, welcoming appearance
