With 32 locations worldwide, Nusr-Et is committed to creating unforgettable dining experiences with exceptional service. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and providing a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality is a plus, with flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival

• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements for smooth guest flow

• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waitlist as needed

• Assist guests with inquiries, recommend menu items, and answer questions

• Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure the dining ambiance is ideal

• Uphold Nusr-Et’s exceptional service standards for all guests

Skills Required:

• Enthusiastic about hospitality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is an advantage

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
