Apt Resources is hiring a Female Hospitality Supervisor for a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role requires an experienced professional in luxury hospitality who can uphold royal protocols and deliver premium guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of hospitality staff, coordinate service operations, and ensure the highest standards of etiquette and service excellence for VIPs and dignitaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the hospitality team with adherence to royal service protocols.

• Mentor and train staff to maintain top-tier service levels.

• Liaise with departments across the palace to ensure smooth coordination.

• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally.

• Maintain hospitality areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Organize and assist in palace events and special functions.

• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply levels.

• Oversee front-of-house activities and supervise hospitality and housekeeping.

• Act as host during high-level events and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of royal etiquette, hospitality protocols, and service standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).

• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate under pressure.

• Must currently reside in the UAE.

• Experience in F&B service and front-of-house operations during events is preferred.

• Flexibility for shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
