Securitas UAE is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to oversee and manage Soft Services across offices in the UAE. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, implements performance controls, and drives operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-level service for receptions, telephone operators, cleaning, and pantries while tracking performance.

• Develop, monitor, and manage office services and supplies, including food and beverage services and parking management.

• Liaise with building management for office-related matters such as access cards, keys, and pest control.

• Supervise implementation of office systems, processes, and procedures.

• Track and enforce archiving policies and procedures.

• Support corporate travel management, including rates, bookings, and performance review of service providers.

• Guide and support both direct and indirect reports, as well as external staff.

• Propose and implement change management initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or tourism.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills.

• Strong people- and service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage across organizational levels.

• Proven negotiation skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Innovative, open-minded, and proactive with a positive attitude.
