Securitas UAE is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to oversee and manage Soft Services across offices in the UAE. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, implements performance controls, and drives operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.
Responsibilities:

Ensure high-level service for receptions, telephone operators, cleaning, and pantries while tracking performance.

Develop, monitor, and manage office services and supplies, including food and beverage services and parking management.

Liaise with building management for office-related matters such as access cards, keys, and pest control.

Supervise implementation of office systems, processes, and procedures.
-
Track and enforce archiving policies and procedures.
-
Support corporate travel management, including rates, bookings, and performance review of service providers.

Guide and support both direct and indirect reports, as well as external staff.

Propose and implement change management initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1–2 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or tourism.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills.
-
Strong people- and service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage across organizational levels.

Proven negotiation skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Innovative, open-minded, and proactive with a positive attitude.
