The role involves leading on-site teams to achieve high operational performance, including order fulfillment, stock management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise shift teams to meet performance targets and company goals.

• Oversee accurate and timely order picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety regulations.

• Manage relationships with riders and coordinate dispatch processes.

• Maintain high standards in inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and wastage control.

• Conduct stock counts and support inventory claims processes.

• Drive high merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Conduct health & safety checks and enforce compliance.

• Ensure team attendance and shift logs are accurately recorded.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse, or last-mile logistics is preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing or training small teams and shifts.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Track record of meeting KPIs (e.g., pick times, order accuracy).

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Right to work in the UAE.
