The company is seeking a Homologation Specialist to manage homologation projects, regulatory approvals, and product testing for HONOR terminal devices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with local operators, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product launch readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage homologation projects, including scheduling, risk identification, and milestone tracking.
• Execute test cycles for HONOR devices, ensuring compliance with market requirements.
• Support 5G/LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi testing and activation.
• Provide technical support and debugging assistance in collaboration with HONOR HQ.
• Build and maintain relationships with local operators and regulators.
• Obtain local certifications and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Manage homologation partners to ensure quality, timely completion, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct market vigilance on competitor products and features.
• Lead post-launch market analysis and corrective actions.
• Brainstorm and report on quality improvements and customer experience enhancements.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in smartphone and telecom device testing.
• Expertise in functional, network, apps, drive, regression, manual, and automation testing.
• Proficiency in log collection and analysis tools (QXDM, QPST, Wireshark, proprietary tools).
• Strong knowledge of telecom concepts, protocols, IMS, and cellular networks.
• Experience in type approval processing and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent technical negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Arabic and Chinese language skills are an advantage.
