Bloom Education is recruiting enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers for their Charter Schools in Al Ain, starting in August 2025. The Charter Schools project serves public school students in Al Ain, offering an American-based curriculum from kindergarten through Grade 11, with plans for further grades as students advance. As part of this dynamic educational team, you’ll be expected to set high standards and contribute to the school’s mission of excellence, supported by a team of senior and middle leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and support students’ educational and personal development.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative classroom environment.

• Collaborate with other teachers and leaders to implement curriculum and school initiatives.

• Set and maintain high expectations for student behavior and academic progress.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school improvement.

• Engage with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Relevant BA Degree and PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).

• Minimum of two years’ postgraduate teaching experience, with American curriculum experience being an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

• A passion for teaching, learning, and student development.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
